LG’s new “Fit & Max” kitchen appliances provide maximum performance while accommodating tight spaces.

LG Electronics debuted its “Fit & Max” design solution at last week’s 2025 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas.
The concept describes a new collection of refrigerators and dishwashers that seamlessly fit into kitchen spaces while maximizing capacity and performance, the company said.
The 2025 lineup includes three-door and four-door refrigerators with Zero Clearance, a technology that minimizes wasted space, provides installation flexibility and helps homeowners achieve a stylish, built-in kitchen aesthetic. Thanks to cleverly designed hinges, the main compartment doors can open fully with only 4 mm of clearance between the side of the appliance and the surrounding cabinetry or adjacent wall.

LG has also leveraged its propriety Thin Door technology to further reduce door thickness from 100 mm to 55 mm on new models, which provides a sleek and sophisticated appearance and contributes to optimal space efficiency in the kitchen without sacrificing insulation performance.
In addition, newly designed middle and freezer drawers offer enhanced accessibility and easier, more convenient organization, while the fridges’ Dual and Mini Craft Ice functions allow users to serve freshly-made ice.
Flush Depth Dishwasher
LG’s space-efficient “Fit” concept extends to a new Flush Depth dishwasher that fits standard-depth cabinetry for a seamless and streamlined look. The new dishwasher also incorporates advanced cleaning and drying technologies to deliver industry-leading performance and a 1-hour wash and dry cycle. These include QuadWash Pro technology, which creates microbubbles that thoroughly remove stains from dishware, and Dynamic Heat Dry, which utilizes a dry boost function to enhance drying performance.
Drying effectiveness is further increased by the company’s AutoVentDry function, which automatically opens the dishwasher door after the completion of a cycle.
“An ideal fit for today’s kitchen and lifestyle, LG’s expanded Zero Clearance lineup presents next-level user experiences through advanced innovation and thoughtful design,” said Lyu Jae-cheol, president of the LG Home Appliance Solution Company. “We will continue to introduce appliances that offer customers the best of performance, style and convenience for a truly differentiated kitchen experience.”
Elsewhere at the LG booth, the company introduced a range of new laundry solutions including a stacked WashTower and maximum-capacity laundry pair under the Signature sub-brand, and a heat pump washer and dryer featuring AI direct-drive technology.
