Midwest Furniture Show to feature dozens of vendors … and FTS

Home furnishings retailers who are heading to the Midwest Wholesale Furniture Show next week should prepare themselves for an extravaganza of industry info, vendor displays and an up-close look at what Furniture Technology Source (FTS) has to offer. The event will be held March 5-7 at the Treasure Island Casino in Red Wing, Minn.
Also called the Treasure Island Furniture Show, the event is held spring and fall in Red Wing and has become a staple for furniture retailers every year.
Treasure Trove
The Furniture Market features 40,000 square feet of exhibitor space, which translates to dozens of vendors available for retailers to meet.
In addition, a full slate of experts from FTS, AVB’s home furnishings arm, will be on hand to talk technology tools, programs and the platforms that make BrandSource members the most successful in the industry.
Agenda
The market will be open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, March 6, and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, March 7. Attendees can get a “Sneak Preview” on Wednesday evening, March 5 from 6-9 p.m., with the added bonus of refreshments and beverages.
Breakfast and lunch on Thursday are included, and there will be and a happy hour, a banquet and prize drawings on Thursday evening. There is also a complimentary brunch on Friday.
