AVB tech affiliate ProSource has appointed Stephanie Keough to the newly created position of vice president of member engagement.
Keough, formerly chief merchant of ProSource member World Wide Stereo, will spearhead efforts to “enhance the member experience, improve retention and elevate overall satisfaction,” the specialty CE group said.
According to a ProSource press release, the new post was created to “elevate member engagement,” which Keogh will endeavor by fostering meaningful relationships and delivering “unparalleled value” to the group’s members.
Collaborative Effort
As part of the process, she will work collaboratively across teams “to align member-focused programs with organizational goals, emphasizing exceptional communication, innovation, and service,” the statement read.
“I am thrilled to welcome Stephanie to the ProSource team,” added ProSource CEO Jim Pearse. “Her extensive experience and respected leadership in the industry will be instrumental in providing our top members with exceptional business and strategic support.”
Award Winner
Keough joined World Wide Stereo in 2013 as an assistant buyer after nearly two decades with a $3.4 billion fashion retailer, where she served in various buying, merchandising, product development and design capacities. She went on to play a pivotal role in shaping World Wide Stereo’s brand vision, cultivating profitable partnerships and driving long-term growth, and her proven ability to build strong relationships and foster impactful partnerships “will be invaluable to ProSource’s mission,” the group said.
Keough’s accomplishments in the consumer tech industry earned her a place on TWICE Magazine’s annual Retail Executive Roundtable; Dealerscope’s “Most Influential Buyers” and “Most Powerful Women in Consumer Electronics” lists; and a “Women in Consumer Technology” 2024 Legacy Award.
