Keynote speaker Kevin Brown will bring his lessons in leadership to Nashville

The clock has started on AVB’s Summit 2025 event in Nashville, Tenn.
While registration for the March show is set to open soon, guest speakers are already being signed for Summit’s series of informative education sessions.
Among the first to be confirmed is author and inspirational speaker Kevin Brown, who will share “The Hero Effect” — his principles for effective leadership — in a fresh and entertaining keynote presentation.
A native of Muskegon, Mich., Brown leveraged his blue-collar values of hard work and determination into a 30-plus-year career in franchise development, where he helped build a little-known family business into a $2 billion enterprise. Since then he has brought his business insights before a wide variety of organizations including American Express, Delta Airlines, PayPal, ExxonMobil, H&R Block, Sprint, Ernst & Young, Merck and Booz Allen Hamilton, among others.
At Summit, Brown will explain how BrandSource members can leverage “The Hero Effect” to become world-class leaders, mentors and coaches to their teams, and create an environment that drives high performance and an exceptional customer experience. “The role of leadership in an organization is to create an environment where people can be the best version of themselves,” he noted. “That is what serves a brand well and stands out in a crowded marketplace.”
