New resources can help lift attachment rates

We know that having the right tool for the job can make all the difference, especially when you’re busy taking care of customers and running your business. 

That’s why Allstate Protection Plans/SquareTrade is excited to roll out a range of new features on its Dealer Portal, designed to help your sales teams sell more plans, provide administrative support and guidance for processing orders, and get you what you need to help your customers quickly — all right at your fingertips.  

Here’s a rundown of the new resources available once you’ve logged in: 

1. Sell More Plans  

Selling Allstate Protection Plans just got easier with the introduction of our Quick Reference Guide, Cost of Repairs Tool and Overcoming Objections prompts, all available as downloadable PDFs. These sales aids are designed to help keep protection plans top of mind when talking to customers.  

Whether it’s explaining the benefits of our protection plans or answering specific customer questions, these documents provide the support your team needs to close more protection plan sales and deliver more margin dollars to your business. 

2. Share the Knowledge 

We know that keeping your team informed and engaged is crucial for success. That’s why we’ve added a series of short, topical training videos to the Dealer Portal. These videos cover everything from product features and customer benefits to tips on overcoming common objections and making a quality offer.  

These videos offer a flexible training solution that can fit into any schedule. Whether you’re onboarding new hires or refreshing best practices, these videos will give your team the confidence and knowledge they need. 

For administrators, we’ve also made quick tutorial videos with live demonstrations on how to upload sales, cancel plans and run reports. And, for servicing dealers, we’ve included our refreshed videos and guides.  

3. Stay Fresh 

First impressions count, especially in retail. So we’ve made it even easier to order in-store signage and point-of-purchase (POP) displays. With our new online order form, you can quickly and easily request any new brochures and signage to build awareness of Allstate Protection Plans with the customers in your stores. Remember, all in-store POP is complimentary!
