The right dish and laundry products can drive customer satisfaction

By Diane Hoffmann, P&G

P&G has been providing both dish and laundry chemistry and troubleshooting training for the last several years. We know that sometimes the machine is not at fault but the technician is always the first call. There is nothing worse than trying to explain that the machine is working properly but yet the result is not perfect!

Cascade and Tide (the No. 1 brands in dishwashing and laundry) will be in Dallas for this month’s 2024 BrandSource Convention.  At 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, we will take you through chemistry and cycle conditions (water and temperature, among other factors) that could be impacting the results of dishwashers and laundry machines. These tips will help you solve the customer issues you are seeing that are not related to the mechanical failures.

We are also available for virtual trainings for your teams as needed. This education will help so you can educate the customer and move to your next service call.

Help Us Help You

We have a website (www.expertclean.com) with educational videos, troubleshooting documents and a link to order free samples to provide to your customers on service calls. You can use these samples to help solve their issues if performance/education is the problem, or even just as a nice parting gift or “Thank you” for using your service.

We are looking for ways to work together with appliance technicians to improve the lives of their customers. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with at expertclean.im@pg.com

We look forward to seeing many of you in Dallas!
