Liberty Furniture Industries, the family-owned manufacturer of “good/better/best” home furnishings, has appointed a new vice president of sales.

Patrick Lanier, whose grandfather, Russell Jacks, helped found the business 32 years ago, has spent more than a decade as a sales representative for the company. In that role, he expanded accounts in North Carolina and South Carolina in addition to other accomplishments.

His appointment marks a milestone for the company, Liberty said.
