Here’s your chance to rate manufacturers’ warranty programs

Attention self-servicing BrandSource dealers: In AVB’s recent ServiceSource Service Survey, we heard your frustration loud and clear over manufacturers’ warranty processes.

As a follow-up, we want to drill down even deeper and hear what you think about each manufacturers’ specific warranty policies, procedures and payment rates.

To that end, ServiceSource has developed a brief survey in which we ask our servicing members to grade each vendor on their warranty programs. Your response will enter you into a drawing for one of three great prizes from Service Company Solutions, including a one-year subscription to the MyPartsHelp Diagnostics triage tool, a $500 credit towards a new state-of-the-art telephone communication system or a one-year subscription to the Blue Book suite of products.

More important, your answers will contribute to a ServiceSource Manufacturer Warranty Scorecard, which will help BrandSource address the most pressing pain points you all share.
