New Leaf Launches BrandSource Initiatives

ESP administrator synchs with SYNC, Pac Rim

New Leaf Service Contracts, an AVB administrator of extended service plans (ESPs), has announced two new initiatives for BrandSource members, both effective immediately.

Sales File Exportability for SYNC Users

New Leaf has collaborated with the developers of AVB’s proprietary SYNC point-of-sale system (POS) to add an efficient new functionality: exporting sales files that detail delivered New Leaf warranty sales. This makes it unnecessary for SYNC users to manually enter sales data into the New Leaf dealer portal, saving members time and the hassle of extra steps.

Free Samsung Warranty Extensions for Pac Rim Members

Building on last year’s “Big Box Buster” initiative that provides one-year extensions on OEM appliance warranties for a minimal charge,  New Leaf is now offering one year of extended parts and labor coverage on qualifying Samsung products at no cost to Pacific Rim Region members.

New Leaf said the region-specific program reflects Samsung’s efforts to place more of its products on Pac Rim sales floors. As an incentive, the vendor has agreed to fund the one-year warranty extensions and has chosen New Leaf as the provider. For full details, contact:
