Put points on the board with Summit

The theme of next week’s Summit 2024 is “WIN.” It’s a positive affirmation of BrandSource members’ dedication and resilience, and their achievements past, present and future.
For many of us, “win” is associated with sports and points on the board. It’s a big part of our culture, but winning extends beyond the gridiron and outfield.
For an independent dealer, winning has many scoreboards. Topping the list is building a business that can provide a good life for one’s family and the generations to follow. But dealers also win by creating advancement opportunities for employees, by giving back to their communities and yes, by kicking some big-box butt along the way.
Regardless of the scenario, winning is a dynamic force that also helps people navigate challenges with grace and achieve new heights. In a sense, that’s what AVB BrandSource is all about — helping members reach their fullest potential.
