At this week’s massive Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas, Whirlpool is presenting a united front of brands — and brand new products — that address the day-to-day needs of real homeowners.

According to the manufacturer, its booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center is “a celebration of the diverse and dynamic nature of daily life,” and demonstrates how the company’s expansive portfolio of brands delivers products that help ease everyday pain points at home.

“As a company deeply rooted in the fabric of American households, Whirlpool Corporation understands that life isn’t always picture perfect,” said Rob Byrd, general manager, builder & pro sales. “That’s why our commitment to innovation goes beyond creating cutting-edge appliances; it’s about crafting solutions that seamlessly integrate into and improve life at home.”

Those solutions include:

  • A new Whirlpool 30-inch electric range with WipeClean coating that requires only water to wipe away sticky spills and seared-on foods
  • KitchenAid’s 30-inch, four-element slide-in induction range with true convection and built-in air fry
  • JennAir’s 48-inch RISE dual fuel pro range with chrome-infused griddle, sous chef Culinary Center with a connected probe and precision sensors and a 20,000 BTU dual-stacked PowerBurner with a 1,650 BTU turndown for delicate simmering
  • The Maytag Pet Pro System, featuring the industry’s first pet hair washer filter that removes five times more pet hair from apparel, and a Pet Pro drier option that lifts and traps pet hair with an extra-large lint trap
  • The previously announced SlimTech vacuum-insulated structure (VIS) insulation, which can reduce refrigerator wall thickness by up to 66%, allowing for up to 25% more capacity inside

“We’re not just showcasing appliances,” said Shannon Blakely, VP of North America brand marketing. “We’re unveiling groundbreaking technologies and solutions across our portfolio of brands that are purposefully designed to improve real life at home.”

KBIS, the appliance industry’s largest U.S. platform for new product launches, and the co-located International Builders’ Show (IBS), run through Feb. 29.
