Garner Appliance and Mattress’s second location brought to life by BrandSource Partner

BrandSource Partner Specialized Retail Services (SRS) recently announced the completion of its latest project, a premium luxury experience center for member Garner Appliance and Mattress, in Raleigh, North Carolina. SRS specializes in new retail space development, remodeling along with custom displays and fixtures. It is the only full-service major appliance and mattress store development firm in the United States.

The new location is about six miles away from the flagship store in the bedroom community of Garner.
“This new Garner showroom revolutionizes how customers shop for appliances and mattresses,” said David Rodriguez, President of SRS. “From start to finish, every detail was carefully designed and curated to provide a one-of-a-kind shopping adventure. Our goal was to create a space that showcases their products while providing an unparalleled shopping experience for their customers.”
Garner Appliance President and co-owner Amgad Saad said he was extremely happy with the plans put forth by SRS and the look of his new store.
“BrandSource was the one who hooked us up,” he said. “I was impressed with what I saw on their website so I reached out. From the first conversation I had with David I felt at ease. Now seeing the design they came up with come to life over these past few months has been truly amazing.”
Garner Appliance was founded in 1977 by Saad’s father Mones as a small TV repair business. Since then, Garner has grown into a top independent appliance dealer within North Carolina’s Triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill), with 31 employees, more than 1,000 monthly deliveries and annual sales north of $20 million. Saad attributes the business’s success to its personalized shopping experience that tailors product demos to each customer’s unique lifestyle.
Saad operates the company along with his sister and co-owner Rita Hines, who serves as treasurer and also sits on the AVB BrandSource board.
For her part, Hines has been equally impressed. “Amgad had the vision for all of this and it is absolutely beautiful,” she said. She visited several other top dealers around the country to take pictures and observe their showrooms. “In my opinion this store is far superior to any of them.”
Inside the store there are 10 custom-branded kitchen galleries, 14 digital signage panels along with a unique array of live in-line product displays. The SRS team meticulously curated, designed and installed every aspect of the store from the interior design to the placement of all the products.
“We carefully selected high-end materials and finishes to ensure that each product would radiate refinement while offering unmatched durability,” Rodriguez said. “We were thrilled to partner with Garner on this project and we are all very happy with how this store turned out.”
