Former DM assumes new member services role

Former ProSource district manager Carrie Fabrick has returned to the fold as the group’s member services manager following a 12-year stint at Xtend Technologies, an Ohio integrator.
In her new role at the AVB tech affiliate, Fabrick will “combine her passion for exceptional member support and education to make a meaningful impact,” ProSource said in a statement.
Fabrick is “excited to foster strong relationships with ProSource members and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions that address their needs and preferences,” the group continued. “Together they will strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment that not only meets but exceeds members’ expectations, ensuring that they continue to feel valued and appreciated.”
“I couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter in my career,” Fabrick said. “My experience in the buying group world, as well as working with an Xtend … has provided me with skills that will allow me to meet the needs of our members.” She added that she looks forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead and is eager to contribute to the continued success of the organization.
