BrandSource partner Podium, a premiere marketing and communications platform for local businesses, will host a complimentary webinar next week on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in customer acquisition.
The session, “How to Use AI to Find and Win More Customers,” is designed to help BrandSource members end the year strong through the use of Podium’s advanced tools. Presented by Jason A’alona, senior director of retail sales, the webinar will examine Podium’s “game-changing methods” to streamline processes, boost productivity and ensure what the company describes as “unparalleled success” at winning new customers.
Podium, based in Lehi, Utah, provides such online resources as website chat, customer review generation, reputation management, text marketing, VOIP phone systems and text message surveys, many employing AI technology.
The live webinar will be held at 11 a.m. MST Friday, Nov. 17. BrandSource members can register for the event here and receive a recording of the session upon request.
