Three members honored with Smart Home Awards

ProSource had three reasons to be especially proud at this month’s CEDIA Expo in Denver, as three members of AVB’s tech affiliate took home high honors at the annual smart home technology show.
The trio of winners — Maxicon, ETC Florida and Atlanta Home Theater — received 2023 CEDIA Smart Home Awards in multiple categories. The accolades carried added weight this year, as the awards program saw the highest number of nominees since 2018, making the field extremely competitive. Entries were judged by a highly qualified panel of EMEA-based integrators, architects, and designers.
Miami-based Maxicon won in two categories, Technology Meets Design and Life Lived Best at Home. ETC Florida of West Palm Beach was awarded for Excellence in Lighting, and Atlanta Home Theater was recognized for Excellence in Rack Building & Design and earned “Highly Commended” kudos in the Technology Meets Design category.
“Congratulations to all the winners for illuminating the path to a smarter, more beautiful future at home,” said Sherry Dantonio, ProSource’s VP of membership and education.
