Coming to Zoom on Sept. 13

HRSource, AVB’s employee recruitment and retainment initiative, has slated a busy August and September.
Following next week’s Convention 2023 in Nashville, where HRSource lead Daniel Abramson will lead a one-hour Town Hall discussion, AVB’s resident HR expert will be back with a live, online “HR Best Practices”session on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 2 p.m. EDT.
Subjects will include:
- Compensation programs of AVB members around the country. (Note: By the end of this year, 17 states will require employers to provide salary information to job candidates.)
- Addressing workplace burnout and employees “dropping off the grid.”
- How to foster employee engagement and a positive company culture.
- Where to find good people who will actually show up and work hard.
