Admit One was a darling of the awards judges

A pair of ProSource members was honored in multiple categories at the 2022 CEDIA Expo Awards, which were bestowed last month in Dallas.
The annual tech show connects custom integrators, manufacturers and design professionals, and is a mainstay event for BrandSource’s consumer electronics cousin.
The ProSource award recipients were Admit One, out of Edina, Minn., and ETC Palm Beach of West Palm Beach, Fla.
The group — considered the country’s largest audio, video and integration organization for independent CE dealers and integrators — said the winners were cited by tech publications TWICE, Residential Systems and What Hi-Fi? for the most innovative and unique products at CEDIA.
The products were nominated by manufacturers, and a team of judges was employed to read through the entries and rate the devices based on several criteria, including value, impact and uniqueness in the market, ProSource said.

“We are humbled to have received so many awards this year and [are] completely taken aback to learn that we have a global winner,” said owner Kristin Reinitz. “Our team spends a lot of extra time perfecting our racks and documentation, so these feel even more special to bring home. The pressure is on for next year!”
For its part, ETC Palm Beach went home with Excellence in Lighting honors for its work at Riverfront Resort Paradise.
“It was truly a team effort,” said owner Paul Biava. “We brought 11 people to CEDIA so we could share this event as a team and allow our frontline to experience this great Expo. Winning was just the icing on the cake.”
BrandSource, a unit of YSN publisher AVB Inc., is a nationwide buying group for independent appliance, furniture, mattress and CE dealers.
