Fisher & Paykel’s new pro-style Companion Series pairs speed and combi ovens with a built-in coffee maker.
Pro-style collection marries cooking and coffee

Premium appliance maker and BrandSource vendor partner Fisher & Paykel has launched a Professional Companion Series of kitchen products.
The three-SKU series includes a speed oven, a combination steam oven and a built-in coffee maker that can be easily installed individually, adjacent to one another or stacked in a grid arrangement.
The trio features stainless steel and glass details to offer consumers “a more diverse scope of choice” when designing their pro-style kitchens, the company said.
The 30-inch speed oven combines microwave and true convection heating for greater culinary flexibility, as do its nine cooking functions that are accessible through an intuitive touch display. The unit offers 1.3 cubic feet of capacity and a fully stainless-steel interior and formed side rakes to make for easy cleanups.
The similarly sized combination steam oven also features nine cooking functions, and its integrated technology panel allows users to cook by food type, function or recipe to prepare steam-heated meals that retain up to 50 percent more nutrients than other heat sources, Fisher & Paykel said. There’s also a drop-down water tank located behind the tech panel for easy refilling without a water line.
The vendor paired the ovens with a 30-inch built-in coffee maker featuring 13 brew settings, a conical burr grinder and twin LED lights to illuminate the fresh java.

The New Zealand-based manufacturer, which is a unit of GE Appliance parent Haier Group, also offers professional style 24- and 30-inch vacuum and warming drawers that complement the Companion Series.
