Joining him for the live ServiceSource Town Hall will be BrandSource partners JustPressOne, which helps streamline the claims process on warranty repairs; The Original Blue Book, which helps dealers determine fair pricing for their service calls; Master Samurai, an online training academy for appliance repair personnel; and CareerPlug, which helps members find those qualified techs.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation, giving members an opportunity to address any and all service-related issues.
