Starting with the May issue of HRSource, Managing Lead Daniel Abramson will be kicking off a new monthly video series in which he shares the secrets to successful hiring.
The series, called Recruitment Boot Camp, will feature 8- to 10-minute segments that will offer dealers at least two to three “solid, takeaway nuggets” to help recruit, hire and retain “A” players in this topsy-turvy job market, he said.
Abramson added that chose the video blog (or “vlog”) format to allow members “on demand” access 24/7, for viewing at their convenience. Happy hiring!
