Artisan Kitchens & Baths brings flair to Western New York, earning Dealer of the Year honors

When it came time for the North Atlantic Region to name its pick for the annual BrandSource Dealer of the Year award, Artisan Kitchens & Baths of Buffalo, N.Y., was an easy choice.
As Region president Marty Winchell recalled, “Choosing Artisan for Dealer of the Year was an easy one for our board. They have gone above and beyond and truly deserve it.”
Indeed, Artisan has been serving customers throughout Western New York since 1985 with the components of fine home design, including cabinets, countertops and major appliances. The company’s state-of-the-art, interactive showroom, located in a landmark building in Buffalo, offers the latest in kitchen and bath fare while preserving the historic integrity of the former manufacturing site for coal-burning stoves.
More recently, Artisan became a critical, region-wide supplier of goods at both the retail and wholesale levels during the pandemic, as the business was able to procure inventory when few others could.
For all that and more, Artisan was honored at the BrandSource National Convention in Nashville, with Vice President of Wholesale sales Norm Telaak and Eastern Region Territory Manager Paul Brown accepting the Dealer of the Year award on behalf of the business.
The BrandSource Dealer of the Year awards are presented annually to select members who have shown their continued support of BrandSource and its direct suppliers. Dealers of the Year must demonstrate that support by attending regional meetings as well as national events such as the Convention and BrandSource Summit.
Honorees were chosen by the membership within each of the organization’s 14 Regions, and are saluted for their commitment to excellence in the retail industry, service to their community and to their fellow BrandSource dealers.
