Fresh on the heels of this year’s two successful National Service Town Halls and last year’s first-ever Service Day event, BrandSource is back with its second annual National Service Day, an information-packed presentation of service-specific insights and advice for dealers that repair appliances.
A component of the group’s ServiceSource initiative, the comprehensive virtual event will kick off tomorrow (Thursday, Nov. 4) at 11:00 a.m. Central with a welcome keynote from BrandSource VP Jarred Roy, who will review the past and current status of the group’s self-servicing dealers and offer a look at the future of in-house repair operations.
Then, BrandSource service consultant Paul MacDonald will take up the mantle at 1:00 p.m. Central with a look at the impact of workflows on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profits, and will suggest 15 areas within your business where operations can be streamlined.
Continuing the efficiency theme at 2:00 p.m. Central will be Jack Miller, managing partner at Service Company Solutions, who will show attendees how to double their profits in half the time each day.
Next up at 3:00 p.m. Central, BrandSource partner Scott Brown of Master Samurai Tech (MST), an online training academy, will share his ten-step “Troubleshooting Tango”— an indispensable protocol for tackling virtually every appliance repair.
National Service Day wraps up at 6:00 p.m. Central with an hour-long open forum and networking “Happy Hour,” hosted by BrandSource National Service Committee members Paul Roth and Mike Porter.
Attendees can register for any and all of tomorrow’s sessions by clicking here.
