AVB’s Grant Hancock Scores a Summertime Hat Trick

AVB’s Grant Hancock has three good reasons to celebrate this summer.

First, the group rewarded his contribution to the members by promoting him to GM of client services.

That recognition was quickly followed by a second: Being named to Dealerscope magazine’s elite 40 Under 40 awards program.

Most recently, Hancock went on to win the triple crown with his inclusion in Home Furnishings Business’s own Forty Under 40 tribute, an annual accolade that honors the furniture industry’s most promising young executives.

This year’s award was especially notable, given the furniture industry’s pandemic-related travails. As the publication noted, Hancock and his millennial peers “proved their worth by navigating one of the greatest challenges our industry — and the world — has ever dealt with … The Forty Under 40 Class of 2021 is at the forefront of this new era, navigating the turbulent seas of change.”

Hancock in particular is adept at aligning marketing strategies to deliver custom digital solutions to furniture businesses using innovative click-to-brick solutions, the magazine noted. Leading a team of AVB Marketing experts, he helps develop unique solutions for BrandSource members to help them better merchandise their websites, while also focusing on dealer concerns, vendor needs and, ultimately, consumer conversions.
