Tempur-Pedic Tops in Customer Satisfaction: J.D. Power

J.D. Power and Associates, the global rating service, ranked Tempur Sealy’s Tempur-Pedic mattress No. 1 in customer satisfaction within the retail mattress segment, according to its newly released J.D. Power 2019 Mattress Satisfaction Report.

To earn the kudos, the product line won top scores in the component categories of support, durability, comfort, value, warranty and customer service.

The ranking marks the second time in three years that Tempur-Pedic has ranked first in J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction assessment. The report is based on responses from 1,847 consumers who purchased a mattress between September 2018 and October 2019.

Tempur-Pedic changed the bedding industry more than 25 years ago and has “reinvented the way people sleep” with the introduction of the world’s first “infinitely-adaptable” mattress, the manufacturer said.

This year, the brand continued to drive sleep innovation with the launch of its TEMPUR-breeze mattress line and TEMPUR-Ergo Smart Base collection powered by Sleeptracker AI, developed to address consumers’ two top sleeping challenges: being too warm and snoring.
