We are in the local community, helping out neighbors and our friends. Regardless of your online strategy, if you can excel at what you do best, you will reap a greater reward than the pursuit of perfection in a business environment that is not familiar or your natural surroundings.
Retailers know that the customer is the goal. There are fancy buzzwords like omnichannel, direct-to-consumer, social media, and more, but what the real focus of these strategies and our approach is about is the customer. Keeping the customer the center of your focus will keep you grounded and help you make smart decisions about where to invest your time, effort and energy.
