TC Appliance of Sturgis, Mich., was named the 2019 BrandSource Dealer of the Year for the Michigan Region on August 25 at the BrandSource National Convention & Expo at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas. Co-owners Cindy Conrod and Todd Kilbourn were honored at the buying group’s annual awards ceremony, which was held amid the hoopla of its four-day confab.
Todd and Cindy – the TC of TC Appliance – bring to the greater St. Joseph County community a wide assortment of home appliances, TVs and home audio, and furniture for virtually every room in the house. Appliance brands include such premium nameplates as Bosch, Frigidaire Professional, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, Speed Queen, Sub-Zero, Thermador and Wolf, and the company, now in its 29th year, also services what it sells with a dedicated tech department at its Sturgis store.
TC’s customer-first focus and its high regard within the community can best be summed up by a recent Facebook exchange. The company posted: “Today I celebrate our Customers!!! The relationships we have made with you are priceless!!! It’s no wonder that I Love what I do. I am very blessed!!” The replies: “We love you and your fabulous team!!!” and “You guys are the best!!! We love the TC Appliance FRAMILY.”
The BrandSource Dealer of the Year awards are presented annually to members who have shown continued support of BrandSource and its direct suppliers. A Dealer of the Year must support the group by attending regional meetings as well as national events such as the Convention and Summit.
This year’s 14 winners, which were selected by each region’s membership, demonstrated a continued commitment to excellence in the retail industry and to their fellow BrandSource dealers.
